The Lunchtime Book Club meets once a month in the media center during each lunch shift. Miss Robin, the young adult librarian at the Brunswick Public Library joins Mrs. Bean and students to talk about great books. Lunchtime Book Club meeting days are announced on the afternoon news.
The Battle of the Black Eyed Susans Club meets weekly. This club focuses on the nominees for the grade 6-9 Maryland Black Eyed Susan Award. Students will compete with one another on their knowledge of the books, and will be planning projects for the spring Literacy Fair.
